Parenting a "hard kid" can leave you feeling isolated, discouraged, and worn thin. This course offers hope and renewal by weaving together practical tools rooted in neuroscience and faith. Together we'll explore how joy and gratitude restore perspective, and how true rest makes space for grace. We'll also practice activating the brain pathways that help us stay calm, connected, and present in the hardest parenting moments — so we can show up for our kids even when we're running on empty. Whether your child is 2 or 22, these practices will strengthen your relationship and build the resilience you need to keep going. This course invites you to experience God's disruptive grace, cultivate resilience, and rediscover joy on the parenting journey.
